Job summary

360Learning is seeking a Trainer to empower clients to build Collaborative Learning organizations by mastering our platform and methodology. You will own the One-to-Many Engage­ment Academy & Stadium webinars, ensuring clients don’t just use the software but master it from day one.

You will collaborate with Customer Success and Product teams to tailor training to client friction points, create scalable learning ecosystems, and contribute to Confluence with best practices.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of successful experience as a Trainer OR successful client-facing experience in Customer Success/Care.
• Excellent listening and teaching skills.
• Clear and concise written and spoken communication in multiple languages.

Responsibilities

• Master our Platform's core UX and Collaborative Learning methodology.
• Become a platform expert (user & admin) and get certified.
• Shadow Stadium webinars and Academy workflows to understand the One-to-Many engine.
• Host Stadium webinars and drive platform engagement with peer feedback.
• Define quarterly priorities with the Support & Services roadmap.
