360Learning is seeking a Client Success Partner to work within the Enterprise team. This role focuses on supporting the largest clients in their digital training strategies through our platform. Key responsibilities include building relationships with HR executives, leading complex projects, and coordinating various resources to ensure client satisfaction and contract renewals.

The ideal candidate should have at least 3 years of experience, especially with Enterprise accounts, as well as a strong interest in the digital learning sector.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in a relevant role.
• Experience with Enterprise accounts (more than 2000 employees).
• Proven interest in education and e-learning.

Responsabilités

• Support clients in their digital training strategy.
• Build relationships with HR executives.
• Coordinate resources for client success.
• Ensure contract renewals or acquisitions.

Connaissances

Experience as a Client Success Manager

Ability to lead complex projects

Knowledge of SaaS B2B

Interest in digital learning

Interpersonal and communication skills

Fluent French

Excellent English proficiency
