Rise Up is seeking an exceptional Learning Solutions Consultant to support the sales function across France, Belgium, and Luxembourg. You will qualify opportunities, present tailored demonstrations, and articulate technical solutions for enterprise customers.

You’ll work closely with cross-functional teams and participate in post-sale adoption activities, helping clients maximize the value of our blended learning platform and services.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of consulting and/or consultative implementation experience.
• First class client engagement skills throughout the lifecycle of a sales engagement.
• Strong, data driven analytical skills.
• Ability to translate customer requirements and process flows into technical solutions.

Responsabilités

• Work with the sales team to qualify opportunities against a set of criteria, to ensure they are strategically aligned to our product and support the sales team in response to requests for proposals (RFPs) as required.
• Demonstrate expert knowledge of the learning industry (technologies, methodologies, and best practice).
• Develop a thorough understanding of our client business and technical challenges, operating environment, capabilities, and goals.
• Provide ideas to refine and evolve the core sales and pre-sales processes such as discovery, technical qualification, and proof-of-concept.
• Actively keep up to date with latest & upcoming features and functionality within the product and act as the primary point of contact for prospect’s technical queries that arise through the sales process.
