• Experience shaping global learning strategy and governance across international environments.
• Ability to design end-to-end learning journeys blending formal, informal and social learning.
• Translate business needs into learning objectives, personas and success criteria.
• Proven ability to work with senior leaders, HR and SMEs to co-create practical solutions.

Responsabilidades

• Partner with business leaders and HR to clarify performance gaps and learning needs.
• Own and curate the Core Skills portfolio of learning and development solutions.
• Conduct discovery and needs analysis using interviews, workshops, surveys, and data review.
• Translate business requirements into learner personas and success criteria.
• Prioritize learning initiatives based on business impact and learner needs.
• Design end-to-end learning journeys that blend formal, informal, and social learning.
• Create experience blueprints aligned to onboarding, upskilling, and leadership growth.
• Apply learning sciences and behavior change models to design impactful experiences.
• Ensure designs are inclusive and globally relevant across cultures and languages.
• Define success metrics and evaluation approaches for learning experiences.
• Iterate learning experiences using data and feedback, partnering with analytics/HR teams.
