Aptean is seeking a Field Services Technician to support IT teams across our global organization. You will handle defined and less defined tasks to enable business objectives, delivering high levels of customer service and resolving technical issues in a corporate environment.

Based in Clermont-Ferrand with hybrid travel to other locations, the role requires strong hardware/software troubleshooting, bilingual French/English communication, and the ability to work flexible hours to support key IT

Qualifications

2+ years of information technology experience supporting business objectives.
Strong verbal and written communication in French and English.
Experience troubleshooting PC hardware, printers and monitors.
Solid understanding of Windows OS, Office and network basics.
Willingness to travel and work flexible hours for IT projects.

Responsabilités

Respond to support calls within an acceptable time frame.
Build and maintain a knowledge base for problem resolution.
Provide 2nd/3rd line support for desktop and enterprise apps including print, email, network, and remote access issues.
Document issues and resolutions with clear technical and descriptive notes.
Manage project deliverables by prioritizing and tracking tasks.
