Dometic is seeking an Inside Sales Representative in France to join our dynamic sales team. You will be the first point of contact for customers, identify needs, propose solutions, and drive deals through to delivery, while collaborating with field sales and support teams.

Success in this role requires proven sales or customer service experience, strong communication, and the ability to monitor KPIs. The position supports a 4+1 office policy with one remote day per week.

Formación

• Proven experience in sales or customer service; Hospitality experience a plus (Hotels/Healthcare).
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills; goal-oriented.
• Familiarity with CRM systems and MS Office suite.

Responsabilidades

• Regularly seek new business in Hospitality and Healthcare markets.
• Proactively contact new and existing customers.
• Follow up on leads, campaigns and opportunities; provide fast, professional service.
• Handle incoming inquiries and orders via phone, email and online platforms.
• Collaborate with field sales and other support functions to ensure seamless customer service.
• Provide information to Demand Planning on orders for forecasting cash flow.
• Monitor sales performance and report to management.
• Stay updated on product knowledge, pricing, and industry trends.
