Job summary

HRS is seeking a Mid-Senior Level Sales Manager to drive growth in Europe. This remote role for France requires strong hospitality sales experience, leadership, and a proven ability to close deals. Travel nationally and internationally is expected, with a focus on expanding HRS market share.

You will manage a team of 2–5, own your quota, and lead market research and sales strategy development to outperform competitors. Proactivity and excellent communication are essential.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years in hospitality industry with roles like Front Office Manager, Supervisor, Night Manager, Sales Manager or S&M Director.
• Hospitality technology sales experience.
• Experienced user of Opera, Suite 8, Micros POS systems.
• Holding a driving license and own car.
• Able to travel nationally and internationally.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement sales and marketing projects to attract new customers.
• Provide research and analysis of local business competition to gain a competitive edge.
• Lead a team of 2–5 employees and manage direct sales with team quotas.
• Meet sales goals aligned with company targets and maintain relationships with customers and partners.
• Develop market research and sales strategy for HRS.
• Acquire customer leads through multiple channels including events and exhibitions.
• Organise sales and marketing events and represent HRS brand to customers.
