Hybrid work from Dublin, full-time position with base pay plus bonus. The ideal candidate will leverage their French language skills, sales experience, and hospitality knowledge to build strong relationships and drive recruitment success.

Qualifications

• Native or fluent in French (C1) with strong written and spoken communication.
• Proven experience in sales, recruitment, or partnership development.
• Deep understanding of the Airbnb platform and its features.
• Excellent networking and relationship-building abilities.
• Strong communication and time-management skills.
• Experience in hospitality is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Identify and reach out to potential hosts for clients' properties.
• Reach out to potential hosts through email, phone, or social media.
• Initiate conversations to assess interest and suitability.
• Manage ongoing communications to ensure a seamless onboarding experience.
• Coordinate with the onboarding team to support training and integration.
• Maintain an up-to-date database of potential and current co-hosts.
• Monitor and respond to inquiries from potential co-hosts.
• Collaborate with the marketing team to develop effective outreach strategies.
• Provide regular updates and reports on recruitment progress.

• Research and identify potential hosts for our clients properties.
• Reach out to potential hosts through email, phone, or social media.
