Shift Technology in Paris is seeking a Delivery Lead to spearhead the deployment of new products to clients, from scoping projects to scalable rollout across markets. You will manage client relationships and collaborate with technical teams to ensure on-time, high-quality delivery.

You bring 5+ years of IT project management experience in SaaS/B2B, are fluent in French and English, and value PM certifications (CAPM, PMP, Prince2). This is a hybrid role with days in the Paris office.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of IT project management experience, preferably in SaaS/B2B.
• Experience managing programs with 20+ participants.
• PM certifications valued (CAPM/PMP/Prince2).
• Strong communication with C-level stakeholders.

Responsabilités

• Be a key stakeholder in client relationships and delivery of solutions on time and quality.
• Engage during presales and inception to structure scoping and track milestones.
• Define project methodology, validate requirements, and identify success factors.
• Coordinate with the technical program management team to align product roadmap with project plan and release.
• Drive scalability by design and improve internal processes and tools.
