Shift Technology in Paris is seeking a senior IT project manager to spearhead delivery of new products for clients across markets. You will manage scoping, roadmap alignment, and release planning, collaborating with product, engineering, and business teams.

You will engage in presales, define milestones, and lead cross-functional delivery for complex SaaS solutions, driving quality and client satisfaction. French and English fluency required; hybrid Paris office presence expected.

Qualifications

• 5+ years IT project management experience.
• PM certifications such as CAPM, PMP or Prince2 highly valued.
• Fluent in French and business English.
• Experience in SaaS B2B environments preferred.
• Consulting or Insurance industry experience a plus.

Responsabilités

• Be a key stakeholder in client relationships, delivering on-time, high-quality solutions across business and tech teams.
• Engage in presales and inception, structuring scoping phases before contract signature.
• Define project methodology, validate requirements, identify milestones and success factors.
• Coordinate with program management to align product roadmap with project plan and release execution.
• Drive scalability by design, balancing project needs with technical leadership input.
• Lead internal process improvements to enhance organizational effectiveness.
