Qualifications

• 2+ years of CRM / marketing automation experience.
• Experience with Marketing Automation Platforms (Braze, Eloqua, SFMC, Pardot, Marketo, HubSpot).
• Experience or understanding of AI tools (Cursor, Claude, Gemini).
• Fluent in spoken and written English.

• Campaign delivery: Create, manage, analyze and optimize multi-channel campaigns.
• End-to-end campaign build management across content, design, localization, and delivery.
• Delivery process optimization through routine analysis and actionable ideas.
