Back Market is seeking an amazing CRM Marketing Intern to join our Paris team, reporting to Hera, our Senior CRM Manager. You will help lead multi-channel lifecycle campaigns and support transactional communications across markets.

This full-time internship (35h/week) runs for 6 months, starting January 2027, and offers hands-on experience across the CRM stack, data integration, and cross-functional collaboration with Product and Engineering. A dynamic, fast-paced environment awaits.

Qualifications

• Enrolled in a relevant marketing/tech degree.
• Interest in CRM and data-driven campaigns.
• Strong English written and spoken communication.
• Able to work in a fast-paced, cross-functional team.

Responsabilités

• Lead multi-channel lifecycle marketing campaigns, working with brand, business and design teams.
• Support brainstorming, implementing and analyzing transactional CRM communications across markets.
• Collaborate with Product and Engineering to define data needs and end-to-end CRM flow.
• A/B testing and analysis to provide strategic recommendations.
• Support CRM automation to deliver personalized content and improve efficiency.
