Job summary

Shotgun is seeking a CRM Admin apprentice to join the Global Operations team in Paris/Marseille. You will own HubSpot day-to-day reliability, data quality, lifecycle definitions, and marketing segmentation to support multi-market growth.

You will collaborate with RevOps, Sales, Marketing, and country relays to ensure consistent HubSpot usage and data entry across markets and build dashboards that drive leadership visibility.

Qualifications

• You are about to graduate from an Engineering, Business School or University with a strong quantitative major.
• You are looking for a 1-2 year apprenticeship in Paris / Marseille.
• You had a 6 months internship in a startup / scale-up environment.
• You have extreme rigor / attention to detail on data.
• You want to master a critical business tool.
• You like getting your hands dirty helping teams improve.
• You have outstanding analytical skills.
• You are proactive, organized and you can work autonomously.
• You have a service mindset.
• You are fluent in French; strong English is necessary; Portuguese is a plus.
• You're eligible to work in France.

Responsibilities

• Own data quality across the CRM including deduplication and data hygiene audits.
• Own definitions and automation of Lifecycle Stage and Lead Status for reliable reporting.
• Build and maintain segmented lists for marketing using contact/company/criteria.
• Be frontline support for internal users and troubleshoot issues.
• Partner with country ops relays to ensure consistent HubSpot usage and data entry.
• Build and maintain reports and dashboards to support visibility.
• Own the relationship with HubSpot CSM and drive ROI on features.
