Magellan is a leading international Management and Technology Consulting Group, seeking a Senior Consultant in Payroll BA in Paris to guide HR Administration–Payroll–Time & Attendance transformation projects.

You will shape scoping, advisory support, and transformation programs across HR processes, including complex payroll implementations, in a dynamic, multi-disciplinary environment.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree (Bac+5) from a top school or university.
• 3–5 years’ consulting or HR admin/payroll experience.
• Strong knowledge of Payroll and HR Admin‑Payroll/Time & Attendance IS.
• Ability to work autonomously in team and project settings.

Responsabilités

• Support and define scope for HR Administration–Payroll–Time & Attendance–Digital HR transformations.
• Advise on scoping and implementing high-stakes payroll projects.
• Develop IT and business master plans for HR processes.
• Lead RFI/RFP processes and tools adaptation.
• Audit and optimize HR Administration–Payroll–Time & Attendance processes.
• Drive transformation of HR Administration–Payroll–Time & Attendance function.
• Shape HR Administration–Payroll–Time & Attendance strategy and organisation.
• Lead change management and transformation support.

Job Description

The transformation of the HR Administration–Payroll–Time & Attendance–Digital HR function represents a strategic mission area. This role is aimed at an experienced Senior Consultant in Payroll BA.

Your Missions

• Solution selection support and strategic project scoping for HR Administration–Payroll–Time & Attendance–Digital HR
• Advisory and support for scoping and implementing high-stakes projects
• IT and business master plans
• RFI / RFP: process and tool adaptation and reorganisation
• Audit and optimisation of HR Administration–Payroll–Time & Attendance processes
• Transformation of the HR Administration–Payroll–Time & Attendance function
• HR Administration–Payroll–Time & Attendance strategy and organisation
• Change management strategy and transformation support

Qualifications

You are:

• With a Master's degree (Bac+5), you hold a degree from a top‑tier school or a postgraduate university program.
• You have 3 to 5 years of experience within a consulting firm or in roles that provided significant experience in HR Administration/Payroll/Time & Attendance Management.
• An excellent understanding of the Payroll profession and HR Admin-Payroll/Time & Attendance IS.
• Autonomy and the ability to take initiative in team and project modes will be assets for success.
