Alan is hiring an HR Tech & Automation Lead to decouple the HR unit’s output from headcount, re-architecting onboarding and other processes into scalable automated systems. You will drive AI agent adoption and own compensation policy modeling, acting as a builder to remove bottlenecks.

You will oversee process architecture, enablement, and AI and knowledge operations, with a focus on scalable, end-to-end solutions across the People & Talent function.

Qualifications

• Experience in HR tech, automation, and scalable processes.
• Ability to explain complex AI concepts in simple terms.
• Proven track record in enabling teams with tools and methods.

Responsabilités

• Architect scalable automated processes (onboarding, etc.).
• Lead API-based automations to remove manual toil.
• Own AI agent projects and internal knowledge operations.
