Mistral Ai is seeking a Recruiting Operations Manager to scale our Talent Acquisition function as we hire 100+ people per month. You will own the systems, data and processes that let us recruit efficiently across Finance, Legal, People Ops and every department that hires.

This role blends process, technology and people: solving operational challenges and driving continuous improvement while maintaining quality.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in operations with 2+ years in recruiting/HR operations.
• Strong systems thinking and attention to detail.
• Pragmatic and highly organized with multi-project focus.
• Curious and hands-on, comfortable with lightweight automation.
• High-agency and positive, able to work independently.

Responsabilités

• Recruiting infrastructure & operating model: optimize ATS and workflows end-to-end.
• Metrics & performance: build leadership-ready reporting and drive improvements.
• Headcount planning & recruiting capacity: align workforce plans with business priorities.
• Enable recruiters & hiring managers: provide tools, processes and calibration for efficiency.
• Candidate experience & recruiting standards: ensure a high-quality experience across the process.
• Innovation & leverage: use AI, market data, and new tools to scale talent sourcing.
