Alan is hiring an HR Tech & Automation Lead to decouple the unit’s output from headcount, re-architect onboarding into scalable automated systems, and drive AI adoption across the People & Talent team. You will own the strategic modeling of compensation policies and build an AI agent factory to answer repetitive employee queries.

You will enable the company on these methods and tools, deploying low-code automations and API integrations to streamline workflows at scale across France and beyond.

Qualifications

• Fluent English language proficiency is required.
• Good understanding of French is required for compliance processes.
• Demonstrated product/engineering mindset and system thinking.
• Strong automation fluency with low-code tools and APIs.
• Ability to model complex workflows and datasets strategically.
• Pragmatic use of AI to drive business outcomes.
