Mistral is a globally distributed AI company seeking a Recruiting Operations Manager to scale our Talent Acquisition operations. You will help hire 100+ people per month by refining systems, data and processes across departments that hire.

This role sits at the intersection of process, technology and people, and requires hands-on automation and a pragmatic, organized approach to drive continuous improvement as we scale.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in operations, including 2+ years in recruiting or HR operations.
• Strong systems thinking and attention to detail.
• Pragmatic, highly organized with multi-project delivery.
• Curious, hands-on with automation and AI tooling.

Responsabilités

• Recruiting infrastructure & operating model: optimize ATS and workflows end to end.
• Metrics & performance: build leadership reporting and drive improvements in speed and quality.
• Headcount planning & recruiting capacity: align workforce plans with business priorities.
• Enable recruiters & hiring managers: provide practical enablement around tools and processes.
• Candidate experience & recruiting standards: ensure a high-quality, consistent candidate journey.
• Innovation & leverage: use AI, market data and new tools to scale recruiting.
