Alan is building the Ops AI Platform to let our ops team create, evolve, and monitor AI agents that automate thousands of tasks — with no bottlenecks and no need for engineers to be on the critical path. You would join the ground zero, shaping the architecture, the product, and the foundation, with real impact on how work gets done across the company.

Qualifications

• Strong background in full-stack software engineering with systems design.
• Experience with ML, or LLMs, or ML DevOps is a big plus.
• Product-minded: solutions used and impactful.
• Self-directed and pragmatic.
• Fluent in English; French not required.

Responsabilités

• Build and evolve the Ops AI Platform to enable AI agents working with internal tools.
• Define architecture and drive implementation of scaled agent systems.
• Collaborate with ML, product, and engineering teams to deliver reliable AI agents.
• Mentor engineers and contribute to the product & engineering culture.
