Mistral is seeking a Recruiting Operations Manager on the Talent Acquisition team to scale hiring to 100+ people per month. You will collaborate with Talent Acquisition, People Ops, Legal, Finance and every hiring department to simplify processes while preserving quality.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in operations, incl. 2+ years in recruiting or HR operations.
• Strong systems thinking with attention to detail.
• Pragmatic, highly organized; can manage multiple complex projects.

• Recruiting infrastructure & operating model: optimize ATS and workflows end to end.
• Metrics & performance: build reporting for leadership and Ops to drive improvements.
• Headcount planning & recruiting capacity: align workforce plans with business priorities.

• Candidate experience & recruiting standards: ensure a high-quality, consistent process.
