Youtrust is a European scale-up expanding from eSignature to the full Digital Trust chain, seeking an HR Business Partner to own the full People partner scope. You will coach leaders, shape talent and compensation processes, and build AI-enabled workflows across a small People team.

You will drive HR initiatives with a focus on performance, salary reviews, and organizational design, partnering with Payroll and Finance to ensure sound decisions.

Qualifications

• HR business partnering as a true partner to leaders and managers.
• Own talent, performance and salary review cycles end to end.
• Build HR processes from scratch and drive adoption by managers.
• Use AI daily, generative and beyond, to shape People operations.
