Jobtailor is seeking a results-driven Solutions Engineer to lead the technical and operational deployment of our AI-enabled healthcare solution across customer environments. You will develop a deep understanding of customer workflows, identify pain points, and ensure smooth adoption.

Qualifications

• 4+ years in a demanding tech/startup or consulting environment.
• Strong ability to solve technical and operational problems.
• Structured data troubleshooting and issue investigation.
• Ability to rapidly build tools, automations, or internal solutions.
• Solid understanding of Software, API, Data, and AI environments.
• Experience with customer deployments and project management.
• Excellent French communication skills.
• Autonomy in evolving, semi-structured environments.
• Proficiency in SQL and/or Python; experience with APIs/integrations/backend.

Responsabilités

• Lead the technical and operational deployment of the solution across healthcare organizations.
• Develop a deep understanding of customer workflows and identify pain points.
• Investigate and resolve technical issues related to deployment and product usage.
• Leverage data to analyze usage, identify anomalies, and improve performance.
• Build tools, automations, dashboards, and workflows to increase efficiency.
• Collaborate with Engineering and Product to turn field challenges into product solutions.
• Support a portfolio of customers while seeking to automate and scale processes.
• Help establish processes to grow from dozens to several hundred customers.
