Parallel is deploying AI, RPA, and healthcare IT solutions. We are seeking a Field Deployment Engineer to technically lead on-site deployments, adapt our platform to real facilities, and work closely with clients to ensure successful implementation.

You will own end-to-end deployments, deeply understand facilities’ IT environments, and push for pragmatic, on-the-ground solutions while collaborating with our CTO, CEO, and engineering teams in Paris.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of full-stack experience.
• Strong in Node.js & TypeScript (NestJS, Express, Prisma, Postgres) and React (TanStack, Tailwind).
• You've played with LLMs and AI agents — LangChain, Hugging Face.
• You enjoy working directly with clients.
• You thrive in complex, non-standardized environments.
• You have a strong ability to quickly understand problems, take ownership, and find pragmatic solutions.

Responsabilités

• Be the technical interface between the Parallel platform and our clients.
• Technically lead end-to-end deployments by understanding each facility's IT infrastructure and constraints.
• Unblock projects by getting hands-on with the product when needed.
• Progressively define deployment standards and enable client success.
