Jobtailor seeks a senior leader to own the technical delivery plan across multiple AI-enabled workstreams, coordinating business objectives into a concrete roadmap with milestones. You will run day-to-day engineering execution, unblocking progress, and making real-time trade-offs to protect critical paths.

You will embed with customer teams to land deployments, map workflows, and drive adoption through onboarding and change management, partnering with Product and Research to ensure timely

Qualifications

• 7+ years of customer-facing technical delivery leadership.
• Track record of leading large, complex customer engagements, ideally involving AI.
• Excel in high ambiguity environments and simplify complexity.
• Able to map customer workflows, architectures, and move ambiguous problems to shipped systems.
• Think strategically, connect customer needs to reusable solutions.
• Shipped AI/LLM systems with understanding of production pitfalls.

Responsabilités

• Own the technical delivery plan for multiple interdependent workstreams with milestones and acceptance criteria.
• Run day-to-day engineering execution; drive delivery across OpenAI FDE and customer teams.
• Embed with customer teams to land deployments and drive adoption; manage onboarding and change management.
• Partner with Product and Research to land platform components and research workstreams on time.
• Codify patterns and extract reusable signals to improve product and models.
• Own value cases and ROI; define KPIs and report results to executives.
