Jobtailor is seeking a results-driven Project Manager to deploy our SaaS solution for strategic clients. You will lead end-to-end projects across Build and Run phases for industries including retail, healthcare, and real estate.

Own all lifecycles—scoping, configuration (CRM, AI), integration, testing, go-live and optimization—while defining milestones and mitigating risks to ensure on-time delivery. Collaborate closely with Sales, Product, Technical and Customer Operations to maintain

Qualifications

• Experience in SaaS solution implementation.
• Hands-on experience managing direct client relationships and navigating complex stakeholder environments.
• Engineering degree with solid project management experience, ideally gained within a Cloud software vendor or fast-growing tech company.
• A genuine client-first mindset combined with sharp organizational skills and a structured approach to delivery.
• A strong interest in web technologies and a natural ability to collaborate cross-functionally with internal teams.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in both French and English and professional proficiency in Spanish.

• Play a key role in deploying our solution for our most strategic clients.

• In charge of all project lifecycles: scoping, configuration, integration with client IT ecosystem, testing, go-live and optimization.
• Drive project governance by defining milestones, managing risks, and ensuring commitments are met across quality and timelines.
• Manage client relationships at a strategic level, lead steering committees to keep projects on track and stakeholders aligned.
• Bring expert recommendations grounded in industry best practices to optimize performance of deployed solutions.
• Collaborate with Sales, Product, Technical and Customer Operations teams to ensure seamless project delivery.
