Jobtailor is seeking a skilled BI Engineer to design and implement analytics solutions for healthcare data. You will build dashboards with Qlik Sense, develop ETL pipelines, and optimize decision-support applications to meet end users' needs.

Collaborating with BI consultants and product teams, you will ensure data quality, governance, and usability while exploring new technologies such as AI/ML applications in BI to drive insights and value for the business.

Qualifications

• 3+ years in BI roles, healthcare or regulated data.
• Advanced Qlik Sense skills: dashboards, scripting, expressions.
• Strong SQL, performance tuning and data modeling.
• ETL experience with Talend, SSIS, or similar.
• Automation scripting with PowerShell or Python.
• Attention to data quality and governance (GDPR/HDS).
• Team player with proactive collaboration.
• Knowledge of data visualization UX/UI.
• Interest in AI/ML applied to BI.

Responsabilités

• Design and develop BI modules: extract, transform, and analyze healthcare data to create dashboards and reports.
• Optimize and evolve decision-support applications: maintain and improve existing solutions to meet users' needs.
• Implement ETL processes: design, develop, and automate pipelines to integrate, clean, and structure data from heterogeneous sources (EHR, GAM, etc.).
• Collaborate with BI consultants: deliver ready-to-use, documented, and tested solutions to facilitate deployment and adoption.
• Ensure deliverable quality: rigorously test changes and updates to applications to ensure reliability and performance.
• Contribute to continuous improvement: identify optimization opportunities and propose innovative solutions.
