Jobtailor is seeking a field-based Deployment Engineer to join our healthcare IT team in France. You will conduct technical audits, analyze client environments, install and configure solutions, and ensure secure, compliant deployments.

You will collaborate with infrastructure teams to configure environments, interfaces, and data exchanges, and you will participate in testing, migrations, and upgrades while producing clear technical documentation.

Qualifications

• Higher education in IT, information systems, engineering, digital health, or business computing.
• Initial experience, ideally in deployment, interoperability, and application integration.
• Proficiency in Windows / Windows Server environments.
• Knowledge of networks and infrastructure.
• Knowledge of databases and SQL.
• Knowledge of web applications.
• Knowledge of HL7, HPRIM Santé, and ASTM data exchange standards.
• Ability to analyze and resolve technical issues.
• Ability to work independently and organize assignments.
• Ability to communicate with and support clients.
• Ability to explain technical topics clearly to non-specialist users.
• Ability to write and maintain technical documentation.
• Knowledge of healthcare, medical biology, or LIS sector is a plus.

Responsabilités

• Conduct technical audits prior to deployment
• Analyze clients’ systems, network, and application environments
• Install, deploy, and configure solutions
• Participate in configuring environments and workstations with infrastructure teams
• Configure interfaces and data exchanges between information system applications
• Perform technical and application testing and support acceptance testing phases
• Participate in solution migration, enhancement, and upgrade projects
• Write technical documentation, procedures, and configuration specifications
• Contribute to the continuous improvement of deployment methods and processes
• Ensure compliance with security, regulatory, and data protection requirements
• Install and configure software add-ons, automation systems, interoperability components, and specific modules
• Diagnose and resolve technical and application incidents in production
• Analyze the root causes of issues from a systems, network, application, or database perspective
• Monitor incidents through to resolution
• Carry out technical updates and enhancements to installed solutions
• Provide support remotely or on-site at client locations
• Keep configurations and technical documentation up to date
• Contribute to customer satisfaction and the continuous improvement of solutions
