Aircall is seeking a Forward-Deployed Engineer to own the end-to-end delivery of technically sound, low-code AI solutions for Aircall customers. You will design, implement, and operationalize workflows that connect the AI Agent with CRMs and help desks, and lead cross-functional initiatives to scale deployments.

You’ll translate customer challenges into scalable technical solutions, collaborate with Product and Engineering to refine Aircall’s platform, and drive adoption with teams across

Qualifications

• Experience in technical consulting, solutions engineering, or integration-focused project management.
• Strong command of APIs, webhooks, and data structures; able to design integrations.
• Hands-on experience with low-code orchestration tools and CRM automation.
• Proven ability to lead cross-functional projects and manage stakeholders.

Responsabilités

• Lead end-to-end delivery of low-code AI solutions for Aircall customers.
• Design, implement, and operationalize workflows connecting AI Agent with CRMs and support tools.
• Collaborate with Engineering to validate feasibility and accelerate adoption.
• Define intents, prompts, actions, and performance metrics for AI Agent.
• Manage cross-functional deployments with clear timelines and accountability.
• Create reusable templates and frameworks to speed future projects.
• Enable teams through training, workshops, and internal playbooks.
• Drive outbound campaigns to generate pipeline and support GTM goals.
