Jobtailor is seeking a results-driven Solutions Engineer to lead the technical and operational deployment of our AI-enabled healthcare solution across customer environments. You will develop a deep understanding of customer workflows, identify pain points, and ensure smooth adoption.

Qualifications

• 4+ years in a demanding tech/startup or consulting environment.
• Strong ability to solve technical and operational problems.
• Structured data troubleshooting and issue investigation.
• Ability to rapidly build tools, automations, or internal solutions.
• Solid understanding of Software, API, Data, and AI environments.
• Experience with customer deployments and project management.
• Excellent French communication skills.
• Autonomy in evolving, semi-structured environments.
• Proficiency in SQL and/or Python; experience with APIs/integrations/backend.

• Lead the technical and operational deployment of the solution across healthcare organizations
• Develop a deep understanding of customer workflows and identify pain points
• Investigate and resolve technical issues related to deployment and product usage
• Leverage data to analyze usage, identify anomalies, and improve performance
• Build tools, automations, dashboards, and workflows to increase efficiency
• Work directly with the Engineering and Product teams to turn field challenges into product solutions
• Support a portfolio of customers while seeking to automate and scale processes wherever possible
• Help establish the processes needed to grow from a few dozen to several hundred customers

Requirements

• 4 years of experience in a demanding environment: tech startup, FDE, Solutions Engineering, tech/data consulting, or a similar role
• Strong ability to understand and solve technical and operational problems
• Comfortable working with data and able to investigate issues in a structured manner
• Ability to rapidly build tools, automations, or internal solutions
• Good understanding of Software, API, Data, and AI environments
• Experience managing projects or deployments directly with customers
• Excellent French communication skills
• Highly autonomous, with the ability to make progress in an environment that is not yet fully structured
• Proficiency in SQL and/or Python
• Experience with APIs, integrations, or backend systems
• Experience in Forward Deployed Engineering / Solutions Engineering
• Experience in a B2B SaaS / AI startup
• Knowledge of the healthcare sector or regulated environments
• Experience with products using LLMs / AI agents
