Jobtailor is seeking a senior Talent Development leader to define, organize and oversee programs across all campuses. You will translate strategic directions into action plans and set an operational roadmap for the Talent Development department.

Collaborating with campus teams, you will ensure program consistency, enforce quality standards, drive continuous improvement, and foster innovation aligned with the school's strategy; you will manage the department's activity and provide operational

Qualifications

• Master’s degree (Bac+5) in Marketing, HR, Project Management or equivalent.
• Minimum 15 years of experience, including managerial responsibilities.
• Knowledge of EdTech platforms and digital HR tools.
• Experience in a business school, university, career center, HR or recruitment is a plus.

Requirements
