Jobtailor is seeking a Human Resources Development professional to help build and implement training strategies for store and head office staff. You will collaborate with managers to analyze needs, design development plans, and coordinate the annual program, ensuring effective logistics and compliance.

You will monitor performance indicators, gather participant feedback, and propose enhancements to learning solutions.

Qualifications

Bachelor's to Master's degree in HR (Bac+3 to Bac+5) or equivalent.
Prior internship or work-study in training or HR development is a plus.
Rigorous, organized, and autonomous with methodical task prioritization.
Strong teamwork, collaboration, and knowledge-sharing mindset.
Excellent interpersonal skills and service orientation for stakeholder interactions.
Proficient with Google Workspace and common office tools.
Open-minded, curious, and eager to seek feedback with autonomy and guidance.

Responsabilités

Analyze training needs with managers and field teams.
Co-design and manage the skills development plan aligned with HR strategy.
Organize and roll out the annual training program (planning, providers, monitoring).
Handle training administration and logistics (registrations, invitations, compliance, tracking in the TMS).
Promote the training offer through internal channels.
Monitor KPIs and analyze participant feedback.
Contribute to process, tools and learning-solution improvements.
Suggest ideas for training content and delivery methods.
