Job summary

Jobgether SRL seeks a hands-on Head of Growth – Europe for a remote, autonomous role based in France. You will own the European DTC and Shopify growth engine, optimize paid media across Meta, Google, and TikTok, and lead experimentation to drive profitable revenue growth.

You will manage landing pages, offers, and conversion funnels while owning the European DTC growth P&L. Collaboration with operations, creative, email/SMS, and wholesale teams is essential.

Qualifications

• 3+ years hands-on experience in DTC growth, performance marketing, paid acquisition, or ecommerce.
• Experience managing paid media campaigns across platforms like Meta, Google, TikTok.
• Proven ability to build and optimize landing pages, funnels, and offers.
• Strong creative strategy and data-driven decision making.
• Experience in European markets and language adaptation is valuable.

Responsibilities

• Own the full European DTC/Shopify growth engine and target profitable YoY growth.
• Manage and scale paid acquisition across Meta, Google, TikTok, and emerging channels.
• Lead creative growth strategy and develop high-performing ad assets.
• Build, launch, and optimize landing pages, funnels, and offers.
• Establish a rigorous experimentation program across creative, audiences, and pages.
• Monitor ROAS, CAC, LTV, conversion rate, AOV, and contribution margin.
• Collaborate with operations, creative, email/SMS, and wholesale teams.
