Shine in Paris is seeking a Paid Social and Affiliate Manager to own two core growth channels in France, running Meta Ads and shaping the French creatives with our agency partner. You will also manage affiliate partnerships with the Partnership team and bring more expertise in-house.

You will have ownership, blending creativity with data-driven performance, and work closely with our Performance Marketing lead to drive acquisition and ROAS. This is a fast-paced fintech growth role.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of growth or performance marketing experience.
• Fluent in French and English with localized marketing instincts.
• Hands-on affiliate tracking experience and partner management.
• Strong cross-functional collaboration with internal and external partners.
• Analytical, data-driven mindset with ability to derive actionable insights.
• Bonus: knowledge of programmatic advertising (DV360, DSPs).

Responsabilités

• Own Always-On Paid Social management: plan, execute and optimize Meta Ads to hit CAC and ROAS targets.
• Shape French creatives with agency partner and manage asset pipeline.
• Oversee affiliate partnerships and coordinate with the Partnership team.
• Drive efficiency by reducing external agency dependency and boosting in-house capabilities.
• Collaborate across teams to align affiliate initiatives with business goals.
• Maintain robust tracking standards and support leadership with execution.
