Job summary

Jobgether SRL seeks a Head of B2C Growth to own the growth engine across acquisition, activation, retention and LTV. You will shape multichannel strategies for search, paid social, email, push, web and app, with app-first focus and strong ROI discipline.

You will lead a PM/Marketing collaboration, drive experiments, and prepare for international scale, including AI-powered workflows and a robust tracking setup.

Qualifications

• Proven track record growing B2C products across channels and markets.
• Experience owning paid media budgets and ROI accountability.
• Strong product sense with link to conversion and user behavior.

Responsibilities

• Own the full B2C growth engine from acquisition to retention.
• Lead multichannel programs and optimize CPL, CAC, payback.
• Drive app-first growth and connect educational content to searches.
• Build growth playbooks and AI-powered workflows for scale.
