Job summary

Aircall is seeking a hands-on Head of Demand Gen to own the end-to-end demand engine across paid, SEO/AEO, lifecycle, and allbound motions. You will drive pipeline and revenue across SMB, mid-market, and enterprise, setting channel targets, CAC, and payback with a data-driven approach.

You will scale paid and organic channels, optimize conversions on landing pages, and design AI-powered workflows to boost list building, enrichment, scoring and outreach.

Qualifications

• 10+ years in B2B SaaS marketing, including 5–6+ years in demand gen or growth leadership
• Experience scaling pipeline across paid and organic channels
• Hands-on fluency in Google Ads, LinkedIn, Meta, SEO and CRO
• Experience building and running outbound/ABM/allbound motions with Sales
• Experience running AEO/LLM-visibility programs
• AI-builder mindset with workflows or automations you built
• Strong analytical skills across CRM, MA tools, and BI platforms

Responsibilities

• Own sourced and influenced pipeline across SMB to enterprise with targets and CAC payback
• Scale paid search, paid social, video, SEO and AEO/LLM visibility; optimize landing pages
• Design one system for intent signals to trigger ads, email, SDR outreach, ABM or events
• Build AI-powered workflows for list building, enrichment, scoring and reporting
• Test and scale new channels like communities, podcasts, newsletters, partners
• Own attribution and funnel metrics as the single source of truth
• Lead and grow a multi-channel team and manage agencies and budget
