Job summary

AssoConnect is seeking a hands‑on Growth Marketer to own the end‑to‑end acquisition funnel. You will build and optimize multi‑channel strategies—paid, social, partnerships—and craft AI-powered experiences to scale signups.

You will work closely with Content, Product, Sales and Ops to drive traffic, leads and conversions. You combine marketing strategy with practical tooling, including low‑code platforms and CRM automation.

Qualifications

• 4–8 years in growth, digital marketing or performance marketing for SaaS or e-commerce.
• Must be a marketer and builder: proven acquisition channel depth and hands-on low-code & AI tooling.
• Real, demonstrable AI use cases you can demo with clients or growth tooling.
• Experience owning marketing automation and CRM (HubSpot or similar) hands-on.
• Strong understanding of persona and messaging to drive conversions.
• Data-autonomous with a self-service setup; ability to derive insights without a data team.
• Fluent in English; multi-market/international experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Own acquisition across channels: paid with partners, social and affiliation, plus new growth levers you build (low-code, AI, programmatic, and SEO pages).
• Drive signups and conversion: optimize funnels (visits > leads > trial > signup) and landing pages through CRO.
• Own lead generation and nurturing to push visitors to signup and trial (content, lead magnets, landing pages, emails).
• Own marketing automation and CRM for acquisition journeys (lead scoring, routing, lifecycle).
• Build growth tools with low-code and AI: client-facing experiences, automations, enrichment, programmatic approaches.
• Prioritize and ship the growth backlog; measure and iterate fast from data.
• Contribute to scaling our acquisition playbook internationally.
• Understand the persona deeply through interviews and user journey analysis.
