H Company is seeking a Growth leader to own online engine and enterprise pipeline. You will lead a multi-market website redesign in collaboration with a web agency, define technical standards, and ensure robust tracking into HubSpot to tie visits to pipeline.

You will drive enterprise funnel optimization, SEO innovation including AI answer visibility, and manage a paid program across LinkedIn, Google, and other channels with a focus on quality leads and long sales cycles.

Qualifications

6+ years in digital marketing, growth or web, including B2B SaaS or tech selling to large enterprises.
Led a website redesign end-to-end with an agency and demonstrated improvements in conversion and pipeline.
Strong technical SEO skills and experimentation with AI answers visibility.

Responsibilities

Own the website redesign end-to-end: brief, select and steer a web agency, architecture and UX to launch and iterate.
Design journeys to turn enterprise visitors into qualified demo requests by persona and use case.
Lead organic visibility and technical SEO; manage content alignment with rankings and AI answer presence.
Steer paid acquisition: own strategy and budget, brief and arbitrate with agencies for pipeline-driven results.
Build the function: manage budgets, report monthly on traffic, conversion and pipeline.
