Job summary

IFS is seeking an Industry GTM Lead for Construction & Engineering to drive growth across targeted verticals with AI-powered solutions. This player-coach role partners with sales, presales, R&D and services to mobilize opportunities and shape the go-to-market strategy.

You will stay close to customers, translate industry trends into compelling value propositions, and champion speed and quality of execution.

Qualifications

• Significant practical and management experience in the enterprise software industry, inside the specified industry vertical.
• Commercial solutioning experience (envisaging, defining, scoping, scaling offerings).
• Can discuss practical examples of unlocking customer value in a business context.

Responsibilities

• Prioritizing efforts towards near-term revenue opportunities.
• Ensuring sales teams are aligned and prepared ahead of customer workshops.
• Being with customers in their environments, both executives and end-users.
• Shaping the GTM approach for a customer, using AI portfolio capabilities.
• Driving a culture of speed and quality of execution.
• Championing the customer(s) within IFS.
