Hyatt Hotels Corporation is seeking a Department Head/Manager for Guest Service Operations. You will assist with the efficient running of the department in line with Hyatt's corporate strategies and brand standards, meeting guest, employee and owner expectations.

Support the Front Office Manager in managing the guest service division, ensuring maximum guest satisfaction through planning, organizing and directing Concierge operations and administration.

Qualifications

• Ideally with a relevant degree or diploma in Hospitality or Tourism management.
• Minimum 2 years work experience as Guest Service Manager.
• Good problem solving, organizing and interpersonal skills are a must.
