Fundamental Hospitality is seeking experienced Head Waiters to join our Dubai teams for the upcoming winter season. You will lead the floor service, ensure guest satisfaction, and uphold the highest hospitality standards.

The role requires frontline leadership, attention to detail, and the ability to train and motivate staff while coordinating with kitchen and bar teams to deliver flawless service to our guests.

Qualifications

• Previous experience as Head Waiter, Senior Waiter or similar in luxury hospitality.
• Strong communication and guest-relations skills.
• Professional, polished, and guest-focused attitude.
• Fluency in English required; additional languages are a plus.
• Experience in international hospitality is preferred.

• Lead and support the service team to ensure smooth restaurant operations.
• Deliver exceptional, personalized service to guests.
• Welcome guests, manage requests and ensure a memorable dining experience.
• Master knowledge of dishes, beverages, menus and service standards.
• Coordinate with kitchen, bar and management for seamless service.
• Train, coach and motivate junior team members.
• Anticipate guests’ needs and handle requests professionally.
• Maintain impeccable standards of presentation and cleanliness.
• Assist management with daily operations and achieve service objectives.
