Job summary

Qevlar AI is seeking a Lead, Talent Acquisition (GTM) to build a first-in-class TA function from a blank page. You will own full-cycle GTM recruiting—from AEs to RevOps—while partnering with the Chief People Officer to create scalable processes and a data-driven hiring system.

You’ll shape hiring plans, manage milestones, and educate stakeholders on best practices to ensure fast, high-quality growth across EMEA, with a focus on France and the UK in a remote-first environment.

Qualifications

• Real GTM or Enterprise recruiting experience.
• you've built or scaled a TA function in a high-growth tech company.
• You can turn hiring plans into actionable roadmaps with milestones.
• Strong PM skills with timelines and ownership.
• Data-driven approach to hiring metrics and sourcing.

Responsibilities

• Own full-cycle recruiting, hands-on, across every GTM role: AEs, BDRs, RevOps, Enablement and beyond.
• Partner directly with Chief People Officer to structure and scale the TA function.
• Build the hiring plan, forecast roles, choose tools, design processes and drive execution.
• Educate and align stakeholders on recruiting best practices and standards.
