Mistral is seeking a senior Talent Acquisition partner to build and scale our EMEA teams across Corporate and GTM roles from Paris to other markets. You will own end-to-end recruitment, engage with leaders in Finance, Legal, People, Marketing and Sales, and shape our hiring strategy in a dynamic, high-growth environment.

You will source top talent in AI/ML, enterprise software, and open-source tooling, while optimizing processes, candidate experience, and regional compliance.

Qualifications

• 6+ years of recruiting experience, incl. 2+ years in startup or high-growth environments.
• Experience hiring across Corporate and GTM roles in multi-country settings.
• Strong network in EMEA AI/ML, open-source, or enterprise software.
• Proven ability to map roles, benchmark comp, and build partnerships.

Responsabilités

• Own full-cycle recruitment across Corporate and GTM functions in EMEA.
• Source candidates across AI/ML and enterprise software markets.
• Partner with CRO, VP Sales, Finance, and People to define role specs.
• Drive data-driven improvements and standardized interview rubrics.
• Navigate cross-border hiring, relocation, and country nuances.
