Gama, a NewSpace startup near Paris, is seeking a Talent Lead to own the hunt for senior engineers, build a scalable hiring system, and drive end-to-end hiring from brief to offer. You will source globally, coordinate with agencies when needed, and work with the CEO and leadership to shape headcount strategy and compensation insights.

You will build messaging that resonates with candidates who may not know the company, and you will establish processes to hire quickly without compromising quality

Qualifications

• 6–10 years of recruiting experience, incl. in-house, with a focus on senior technical or engineering profiles.
• Proven end-to-end ownership: run searches from brief to close with funnel metrics.
• Real experience with recruiting tooling and automation.
• Fluent English; working French is a plus for the local pipeline.

Responsabilités

• Make people want to join a company they have not heard of; craft messaging, channels and candidate journey.
• Run every search end to end.
• Own each open role from brief to signed offer.
• Source directly for hard-to-fill roles and use agencies strategically.
• Close international candidates.
• Build the hiring system a 50-person plan needs.
• Choose the tooling, set the process and track data to measure hiring success.
• Make hiring managers better at hiring: sharp briefs, structured interviews, fast decisions.
• Shape the plan itself and own the headcount plan with the CEO and leadership.
• Bring compensation and availability learnings back into org design and offers.
