Qevlar AI, a fast-growing B2B SaaS scale-up, is hiring its first People Partner to build the People function alongside the Chief People Officer. You'll run day-to-day HR for our teams while shaping how we hire, develop, and look after our people as we scale.

You will coach managers through onboarding and performance processes, own French labor-law duties including CSE consultations, and foster a remote-first culture across FR, UK and US.

Qualifikationen

• Proven HRBP with 5+ years in HR and 3+ years as HRBP, ideally in high-growth tech.
• Hands-on French labor-law expertise with experience handling sensitive cases and CSE consultations.
• Strong coaching ability to empower managers to lead difficult conversations.

Aufgaben

• Be the go-to partner for managers; implement core People processes and ensure adoption.
• Support employees through career moves, mobility, performance and development conversations.
• Lead on French labor law and CSE; prepare meetings and advise on policies.
• Bring culture to life in a remote-first setup; drive engagement, internal comms, and knowledge hub across FR/UK/US.
• Partner with People Ops to ensure smooth employee lifecycle data and processes.
