H Company, a next‑generation AI research and product company, seeks a dynamic Talent Acquisition professional to strengthen the Operations team in Paris. You will attract and engage outstanding talent across research, engineering, product, marketing, and operations, shaping hiring processes and guiding senior leadership on talent priorities.

The role blends strategic leadership with hands‑on execution in a fast‑growing, international environment.

Qualifications

• 8–10+ years in Talent Acquisition, ideally for tech/deeptech roles.
• Strong sourcing, talent hunting, and structured interview methods.
• Experience in scaling recruitment and using automation to manage heavy workload (>20 interviews/week).
• Comfort recruiting for international, fast‑growing contexts and evolving needs.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with top‑tier candidates.
• Autonomous, proactive, and highly organized with a delivery mindset.
• Fully fluent in French and English, both spoken and written.

Responsibilities

• Own end‑to‑end recruitment lifecycle across research, engineering, product, and operations.
• Partner with managers to define roles, set priorities, and craft compelling job descriptions.
• Lead interview processes with structured, data‑driven methods to assess skills and potential.
• Develop and optimize recruitment processes for speed, quality, and scale.
• Serve as a strategic partner to leadership on talent priorities and employer branding.
