Referment seeks a GTM Engineer to own and optimize revenue operations tooling, data flows, and AI-powered workflows across Sales, Marketing and Customer Success. You will turn repetitive processes into reliable, measurable automations and pipelines, aligning technical builds with revenue impact.

Ideal candidates bring hands-on experience with LLMs and AI tooling, solid CRM and data-enrichment knowledge, and the ability to connect APIs and low-code automations to concrete business outcomes.

Qualifications

• 3+ years in revenue operations, go-to-market engineering, marketing or sales operations, or a technical growth role.
• Hands-on experience building with LLMs, AI tooling or agent frameworks.
• Strong knowledge of modern CRM, enrichment and intent-data systems.
• Comfort working with APIs, scripting and low-code or no-code automation.

Responsabilités

• Map time-consuming workflows across Sales, Marketing and Customer Success, then prioritise the highest-leverage opportunities.
• Build AI agents, integrations and automations for research, enrichment, content production, reporting and enablement.
• Turn manual go-to-market processes into dependable workflows on top of the existing technology stack.
• Maintain structured, machine-readable commercial context so tools and agents use current positioning, customer profiles and playbooks.
• Measure adoption and results through pipeline per person, content throughput, sales-cycle time or customer-retention contribution.
• Document what you build and develop a roadmap of compounding productivity improvements.
