Vocca seeks a seasoned RevOps professional to own the GTM infrastructure end-to-end. You will bridge Sales, Marketing, and Data, reporting to the Head of RevOps, and sit at the heart of the outbound engine.

This is an A-to-Z hands-on role, where you define strategy, build workflows, run them, and iterate. You will design automated lead-sourcing, enrichment, ICP scoring, and outbound integrations, enabling SDRs to focus on high-intent prospects.

Qualifications

• 2–6 years in RevOps, Sales Ops, BizOps in a SaaS/startup that scaled
• Very strong with tools and wants to build from the ground up (CRM, spreadsheets, automation)
• Structured thinker, prioritize tasks by impact on yearly mission: scale sales and reach 10M ARR
• Comfortable working directly with founders
• You care about data, but prefer things that actually work
• Fluent in French, professional English

Responsabilités

• Design and maintain automated lead sourcing workflows (Clay, Apollo, Pharow, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, etc.)
• Build enrichment pipelines: firmographics, intent signals, tech stack, hiring activity
• Define ICP scoring models and qualification criteria
• Reduce SDR time spent on prospecting, provide actionable lead lists
• Own the outbound stack: sequencing tools, enrichment tools, data providers
• Build and maintain integrations between tools (CRM, enrichment, outreach, tracking)
• Automate manual tasks: list building, data deduplication, routing, assignment
• Ensure data flows cleanly from source to CRM (Attio)
• Build dashboards on pipeline quality (source, stage conversion, cycle length)
• Track SDR performance vs. list quality, surface the correlation
• Identify funnel leaks and fix them
• This is not a pure ops role; you build things that run without you
• Not a data analyst role; dashboards support decisions, not decoration
• Not a 'manage the CRM' role; you redesign how it works
