Vocca, a healthcare AI voice solutions company, seeks a RevOps/Growth Ops professional to architect end-to-end GTM workflows. You will own outbound tooling, enrichment pipelines, and CRM integration, collaborating closely with Sales, Marketing, and Data teams from Paris.

You will drive data quality, ICP scoring, and analytics to lift the SQL rate and scale ARR. Expect a hybrid schedule with on-site days in Paris and remote work options.

Qualifications

• 2–6 years in RevOps, Sales Ops, BizOps, Growth Ops in a SaaS/startup that scaled.
• Fluent in French, Professional English.
• Structured thinker focused on impact and execution.
• Comfortable working directly with founders.

Responsabilités

• Design and maintain GTM workflows and lead sourcing processes.
• Own outbound stack and tool integrations (CRM, enrichment, outreach, tracking).
• Ensure clean data flow from source to Attio CRM.
• Build dashboards on pipeline quality and SDR performance.
• Drives data hygiene and pipeline accuracy.
