About the Role

We are looking for a Growth/GTM Automation Specialist to join our VIP team. In this role, you’ll design, launch, and scale outbound campaigns for Instantly’s VIP clients. You’ll combine technical automation expertise with strong client management skills to deliver measurable growth. Your focus will be on building repeatable outbound frameworks, ensuring deliverability, and driving GTM strategies at scale.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage and grow relationships with VIP clients (communication, trust, results).
• Build and optimize outbound campaigns using Instantly.ai.
• Design and implement automation workflows aligned with clients’ GTM strategies.
• Ensure technical excellence in deliverability, domain health, and warm-up processes.
• Analyze performance metrics (open/reply rate, conversions) and continuously improve results.
• Contribute to creating scalable outbound frameworks within the VIP team.

Qualifications

• Strong client management and communication skills.
• Proven hands-on experience running and optimizing cold email campaigns.
• Deep understanding of deliverability, domain setup (SPF, DKIM, DMARC), and warm-up.
• Familiarity with Instantly.ai or similar advanced outreach/automation platforms.
• Analytical mindset with the ability to translate data into actionable improvements.
• Ability to work independently in a fast-paced, remote environment.
