Jobtailor is seeking an experienced operations leader to drive business performance across revenue and margins. You will oversee procurement, supply chain, and commercial activities in a mid-sized company, focusing on profitability and growth.

The role requires strong leadership, English fluency, and proven ability to build client relationships, identify new markets, and lead teams through change.

Qualifications

• Advanced degree (business school, engineering school or equivalent).
• Significant experience in operations management, commercial management or entrepreneurial leadership in an SME or mid‑cap company.
• Strong expertise in procurement and offer development.
• Proven experience in e‑commerce business development.
• Excellent understanding of margin and profitability issues.
• Experience in supply chain / logistics.
• Strong customer service orientation, with the ability to be operational when required.
• Fluent English required.
